  • What if the time slot that I’m looking for is not showing?

    If the time slot you’re looking for is not showing on Gene’s online calendar, it is because that time slot is already reserved by someone else. Be sure to check for a day and time that is visible on the calendar.

  • What if only one of the parties need to meet via Zoom and all others are meeting in person?

    Even if the majority of the parties are meeting in person and only one party needs to meet via Zoom, be sure to select Zoom as the meeting location.

  • How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

    To reschedule your appointment, refer to the bottom of your confirmation e-mail. There, you will find a reschedule and cancel link. Click on the link you need and follow the steps.
